The University of Pittsburgh's Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP) offers community programming and support for students in recovery from substance use, helping them achieve academic success and personal goals while at Pitt.
The CRP is open to undergraduate and graduate students seeking support in their recovery from alcohol or other substance use.
The CRP is not a clinical treatment program. Please see the list of University and community resources below, or contact us with additional questions.
The CRP is not a clinical service or treatment facility, and does not provide therapy or counseling. Any student interested in engaging in counseling services should connect with the University Counseling Center.

- Recovery in Motion
-
Staying active is one of the most effective tools in recovery. Movement helps regulate the nervous system and strengthen your relationship with your body, while also creating energy and joy. The Recovery in Motion class series is designed for students who want to support their recovery while staying active and engaged on campus.
Each class starts with a quick mood check-in and a short intro connecting the movement to a theme in recovery. After the workout, you'll check in again and reflect on the experience, with support from University Counseling Center staff throughout.
