We Care
We are dedicated to providing a safe and healthy living and learning environment for students. The Care Managers accept referrals, problem solve, and respond to student behavior identified as reasonably causing concern for students’ health, welfare, and safety.
What We Do
Care Managers are a centralized case management team that educates and connects students to a variety of campus and community resources to help them meet their needs. Students can refer themselves or be referred by faculty, staff, or a peer.
Connecting to Services
To connect a student to our services, please complete and submit the online referral form. Students will have the opportunity to schedule a meeting with a Care Manager once their referral is processed.
