Membership Types and Pricing

Students

Wellness Fee Paying Membership included in student fees.
Non-Wellness Fee Paying

Eligible to purchase a membership for full access to campus recreation offerings. Visit the member services desk or view rates online via the campus rec app/portal.

Branch Campus Students Currently not eligible for membership.

Faculty/Staff

Employees earning less than $50,000 annually (or hourly equivalent) $35 a month
Employees earning $50,000 or more annually (or hourly equivalent) $45 a month

*Represented staff will become eligible to purchase a RWC membership once an agreement has been reached

Other

Emeritus

Eligible to purchase a membership. For eligibility, please refer to Panther Central. For questions on rates please reach out to our member services team.

Community Leisure Learn

At this time, we do not offer memberships to other groups that do not fall into one of the above categories. Please check back as we continue to evaluate our capacity to expand to more of the Pitt Community and affiliates.

Access

Access Requirements

  • To enter the facility, a valid Pitt ID, mobile credential or Campus recreation issued keytag is required
  • All can download the pitt campus recreation app and scan the barcode at the first entrance turnstile (closes to the desk)
  • To exit the facility, all guest must return to the 5th floor and exit from the two turnstile lanes located the furthest from the desk

Guest & Family Access

  • At this time, guest passes and family memberships are not available. We are evaluating future options - check back for updates.

Policies & FAQs

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Payroll deduction and recurring memberships are never cancelled until you as the member contact us to cancel your membership. Please fill out the cancellation form linked below. You may cancel at any time. Refunds will be issued on a prorated basis. Payroll deduction and reoccurring membership must be submitted by the last business day of the month to avoid additional deductions withdrawn from your paycheck or additional charge on your credit card. Those who enroll in automatic/recurring billing are required to complete one automatic/recurring billing charge before cancellation.
