Divisional Staff Information

The Division of Student Affairs meeting structure is designed to advance key divisional priorities, including communication, connection, collaboration, as well as staff learning and development. Each meeting type plays a unique role, and the accompanying tags identify the primary goals for the meetings. 

The format for each meeting is indicated as in-person, hybrid, or online. Staff with approved accommodations will be provided with participation information in advance. 

Coming together as a division is valuable because it strengthens connection, supports shared understanding, and helps us align our work across Student Affairs. At the same time, the services, support, and education our teams provide are vital to students and the campus community. Because of this, Strategic Leadership Team members will evaluate where flexibility may be needed for specific departments or functional areas to ensure we are appropriately balancing divisional engagement with operational needs.
