Small Group Training

Join 3-8 participants for 4-6 weeks of classes programmed and led by student instructors. Whether it’s a goal-oriented class, a technique-based session, or just focusing on building consistency and community, each class offers expert programming and guidance. Advanced Yoga Asanas

Emphasizing the integration of breath and mindfulness, this four-week program is for those who are looking to take their practice to the next level. Participants will be encouraged to challenge themselves in a series of advanced sequences, balance challenges, and strengthening poses and exercises.

Beyond Basics: Intermediate Strength

Build on Strength Training 101 in a 5-week strength series designed to challenge and expand your capabilities after the basics. With progressive programming, advanced technique refinement, and a motivating group atmosphere, you’ll push past plateaus and gain confidence in more complex strength movements.

Cycling 101

Make the most of your cycling class! This four-week program will teach you how to match your ride with the beat, the proper form for various positions on the bike, and more!  Part instruction, part workout - learn to improve your skills to better your ride!
