Grayson is currently pursuing a Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology at Springfield College. He earned a master's degree en route to a doctorate from Springfield College, as well as a bachelor's degree in applied psychology from Ithaca College. Grayson has clinical interests that include, but are not limited to, LGBTQIA+ experiences, neurodivergence (e.g., autism, ADHD, etc.), adjustment and transitions, anxiety, identity development, chronic illness/ disability, and interpersonal/ relationship concerns. Grayson strives to create a space where each student feels safe, understood, valued, and empowered both within and outside of the therapeutic relationship. He utilizes an integrative approach, drawing primarily on person-centered, strengths-based, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), feminist, multicultural, and solution-focused approaches.
