All incoming undergraduate students are required to complete three modules prior to their arrival to campus: AlcoholEdu for College, Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Students. The modules typically open in late-July for incoming students in the fall term and mid-December for incoming students in the spring term.
The Vector LMS platform will send an email link to your Pitt email once the program is available for you to complete. A few weeks after you complete a module, the program will send a brief follow-up survey (Part 2) to complete for each module completed.
If you have questions about the modules or have not received an email from the program with log in information, please email AOD@pitt.edu for assistance. In your email, you must include your 7-digit people soft student ID number, your Pitt user name, and specify if you are an incoming first year or incoming transfer student.
For technical issues in the modules (such as videos freezing or not advancing properly), please contact Vector Solutions Customer Support by emailing support.education@vectorsolutions.com. Students can also try common trouble-shooting tips provided by Vector LMS.
