Amanda is a junior Biology major on the Pre-Med track. She joined the Pitt Pantry the fall semester of her freshman year and has been involved in the Pantry ever since. Outside of the Pantry, she enjoys reading, volunteering at the hospital, and dancing with her friends.
Cherie is a junior Psychology major planning to pursue a master's degree in Genetic Counseling. She started working at the Pitt Pantry her freshman year, and she is excited to take on her role as the Student Coordinator of events and outreach.
Noel is a senior Natural Sciences major who is also pursuing a Vietnamese minor on the Pre-Dental track. She began her work at the Pitt Pantry in fall 2021, her freshman year, and has since become the Student Coordinator of leadership for the Pantry. When she’s not at the Pantry, you’ll likely catch her promoting the OCC, advocating for the API community through ASA and VSA, and working alongside her TRIO SSS peers.
Melinda is a Master of Public and International Affairs candidate majoring in Human Security. She enjoys cooking and socializing. At the Pitt Pantry, her role is the Graduate Student Manager, and she is excited to contribute more to the Pitt community
Ria is a Student Coordinator focusing on the impact and assessment of the Pitt Pantry as well as marketing. She is a senior majoring in Neuroscience and Statistics and has volunteered with the Pitt Pantry for three years. Outside of the Pantry, she loves to thrift, cook, play bass guitar, and hang out with friends.
Salome Margalitachvili is a senior studying Public Health, planning on pursuing a Master in Health Administration. Passionate about food insecurity, she joined the Pitt Pantry in her junior year and is now excited to take on her role as a Student Coordinator in charge of food procurement.
