Request Building Access
If you need to request Pitt ID access to a specific floor within the William Pitt Union or O'Hara Student Center, or for exterior door access, please complete the form linked below.
Important Notes Before You Begin:
- If you are completing this form on behalf of someone else, please provide their information in the form and include your email address for follow-up questions.
- You must submit a separate form for each building if access is required for both locations.
Information You’ll Need to Provide:
- University department or organization affiliation.
- The building for which you are requesting access (William Pitt Union or O'Hara Student Center).
- Whether the request is for a staff member or a student.
- Whether the request is for a single individual or multiple individuals.
