Schedule a time slot in the CCLD Lounge

Time Slots

  • All individuals must sign up for their own time slot. Please only sign up for time slots you are able to attend.
  • A max of 5 time slot reservations can be held at one time.
  • Time slot reservations can be made up to 5 days in advance.
  • Time slots must be cancelled at least one (1) hour prior.  Please be respectful to other students who want to use this space and only sign up for time slots you are able to attend.
  • The time slots available are:
    • 9:00-10:30am (90 minutes)
    • 10:45am-12:15pm (90 minutes)
    • 12:30-2:00pm (90 minutes)
    • 2:15-3:45pm (90 minutes)
    • 4:00-5:00pm (60 minutes)

 

Making a Reservation

  • Please make sure to log in to the system before booking a time slot.
  • To book a time slot, scroll down to the Reservations section of this site. Under the Make Reservation tab, choose “WPU Study Spaces 6th Floor Lounge (CCLD)” which is the LAST option on the list.  Click on the time slot that you would like to reserve and click on “confirm”.  You can review and manage your reservation by clicking on the My Reservations

 

During Your Visit

Upon arrival for your time slot:

  • You do NOT need to check in with a staff member.
  • Please proceed directly to one of the seats marked as “available”.
  • Do not sit at any of the spots that are marked “unavailable” to maintain physical distancing with others in the shared space.

 

Rules for using the CCLD 6th floor study space:

  • Face coverings are required at all times.
  • No eating or drinking.
  • Do not move or add furniture.
  • Do not participate in online classes in the shared lounge area.
  • Do not use the refrigerator for any storage.
  • Do not congregate around the printer or any other area.
  • Do not leave items unattended. CCLD is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Notice to All WPU 6th Floor Visitors

Communal space access is a privilege that will be revoked if rules are not followed. Violators are also subject to the conduct process that may result in additional disciplinary action. Our individual actions impact our own and the health of our entire community.  Please continue to follow all health and safety guidelines to keep you and your community healthy!  If you see someone not following the guidelines, please do address if able and/or report to CCLD or William Pitt Union staff at the WPU front desk. 

 

Cancel a Reservation

  • Time slots must be cancelled at least one (1) hour prior.  Please be respectful to other students who want to use this space and only sign up for time slots you are able to attend.

To cancel your reservation, scroll down to the Reservations section below and select the My Reservations tab.  Click “cancel” to cancel the reservation.
