Transfer Student Programs
Welcome to the University of Pittsburgh! As a transfer student, you are among the estimated 4,000 Pitt undergraduate students that have transferred to Pitt. We realize there are many different factors leading to your decision to transfer and we are ready to meet your needs as you prepare for this transition.
We offer a wide range of opportunities for Pitt transfer students to get involved and experience campus.
Transfer Day Registration is OPEN – click here to register!
Transfer students are invited to participate fully in New Student Orientation which begins with events on Monday, August 21st and continues through Sunday, August 27th. Transfer Student Orientation is designed specifically to help transfer students find resources, get involved at Pitt, and connect with other new and current transfer students.
The signature program during Transfer Student Orientation is Transfer Day – which is offered twice. Transfer Day Registration is now OPEN - click this link to register!
