Pitt Student Health Service Pharmacy is available to University of Pittsburgh students, faculty and staff as well as their dependents and even the outside public!  We have a wide variety of prescription medications as well as many over-the-counter products.  The pharmacy is licensed by the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy and is operated by three registered pharmacist and one pharmacy technician.  Our licensed pharmacists will be happy to discuss any questions you have regarding your medications.  We offer quick, professional and personal service in a convenient setting.

Services include

• Ability to fill prescriptions from any practitioner, even from out of state!
• Ability to special order items for products that are not routinely stocked
• Contracted with more than 100 insurance plans
• Ability to transfer prescriptions to and from our pharmacy
• Provide a wide variety of over-the-counter medications
• Provide individual, confidential counseling service

• Save time, phone your prescription refill in ahead of time 412-383-1850
• Please have available your current prescription insurance card
• In case of a question we may need to contact your prescriber, if your clinician is not from student health, please have their contact information readily available
