SFZ PEER EDUCATORS

Stress Free Zone Peer Educators receive ongoing training in facilitating student usage of Stress Free Zone services, which are designed to help students learn evidence-based ways to relieve their stress.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers assist with SFZ duties and depending upon availability and performance may work independently.   If exposure to positive psychology, mind/body wellness approaches, and mindfulness pertain to your academic or professional goals, consider volunteering!   Contact us at sfz@pitt.edu for more information.
