At the University of Pittsburgh we share a common goal with parents and families: supporting the success of our students.  We value the role that parents and families play in the collegiate experience, and we are here to assist in any way we can.

PARENTS ASSOCIATION
The Panther Parents Association (PPA) provides opportunities for parents to connect with each other throughout the year at events such as Pitt Starts, Orientation, Family Weekend, and Regional Parent Socials.  The PPA also provides parents with an opportunity to promote and support University programs.

Parent and Family Liaison

Sandy is your go-to person for parent resources and/or assistance in resolving issues of concern.  She also coordinates parent activities for the Panther Parents Association (PPA), New Student Orientation, Family Weekend and Regional Parent Socials.
