Basic registration includes: One booth (6 ft  x 10 ft), one table with a tablecloth, two chairs, ONE parking pass; two recruiting passes, continental breakfast and lunch for two recruiters. Note: Up to two additional recruiting passes are available for an added cost of $50 per person. To guarantee lunch for any additional recruiters, we strongly urge you to request the passes by Friday, September 12.  (Please contact CDPA for any special requests.)

Late Registration Fee:  An additional $50 will be added to registrations received after midnight on September 12.

Payments:All payments (check or credit card) must be received by October 31 to avoid late fees.  A late fee of $25.00 will be charged at the beginning of each subsequent month following this date.  Note: If your organization has an outstanding balance from a previous event, and we do not receive it prior to the fair, a booth WILL NOT be reserved for this event.

Registration Cancellation: Send your cancellation notice via email employer@pitt.edu.  Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the CDPA Director. Cancellations made after August 22, 2014 will incur a $50.00 processing fee.

Reverse Career Fair - $25.00 per recruiter

This exclusive networking event will give employers an opportunity to meet with leaders of various student organizations. Employers will enjoy light appetizers while networking with our best and brightest students the evening prior to the career fair, September 23 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. We encourage you to register early for this networking opportunity, as space is limited. Employers can make a reservation for an additional $25 per person.

Material Shipping

We highly recommend shipping your job fair materials prior to the event. Your materials will be delivered to your assigned booth on event day. Please make sure your company name is clearly

Shipping Material Back

The Petersen Events Center Union staff will pick up your labeled shipping materials from your booth. For your convenience, pick-ups have been arranged with UPS and Fed Ex. Please remember to bring your own shipping labels, as we will not have any available.

Booth Display Sizes: Standard booth size is 6 ft. x 10 ft.  This includes a table with covering and two chairs. Please note that no displays larger than six feet wide are permitted

Arrival and Parking: As on many large, urban campuses, parking is challenging and extremely limited. Your basic registration fee will include ONE complimentary parking pass. We strongly encourage carpooling to avoid parking hassles the day of the event. Employers may arrive and begin booth set-up at 9 a.m. Depending on the location of your booth, employers may drive up to the concourse drop-off or the event floor drop-off where Petersen Events Center union members will help you unload your vehicle and will deliver your materials to your booth while you park. We strongly urge you to drop off your materials prior to parking to avoid walking uphill or downhill with your booth materials. Please note approximately two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a large (9x12) envelope marked University of Pittsburgh Career Fair Information. This packet will contain your parking pass, booth number and drop off location. If you do not receive your employer packet by September 17, please contact Sharon Mickens at 412-383-7842 or via email at shm102@pitt.edu.  Additional information about visitor parking can be found at: http://www.pts.pitt.edu/parking/.  

Employer Hospitality:

MEALS
A continental breakfast will be served beginning at 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. Lunch will be provided in the Club Level of the Petersen Events Center beginning at 12 noon until 2 p.m. Refreshments will be available throughout the day, including coffee and a midafternoon snack. A word of caution: Finding time to leave your booth and eating can be challenging. Please plan accordingly.

ELECTRICAL SERVICE - $25.00
Electrical service for your booth will be provided for an additional $25. This must be requested at the time of your registration. No requests for electrical service will be accepted after Friday, September 12.

INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access will be available through guest accounts. You must request this at the time of your registration. Deadline for requesting internet access is Friday, September 12.

Up to two interview tables can be reserved for the day following the fair, September 25. Please contact CDPA with any questions at 412-383-4473

Additional Recruiters: $50 per recruiter

The basic registration fee includes two recruiting passes. In addition to the two passes that are provided with your basic registration, up to two additional recruiting passes are available at an added cost of $50 per person. To guarantee lunch for any additional recruiters, we strongly urge you to request the passes by Friday, September 12. After this date, lunch will not be guaranteed CDPA at 412-383-4473 with any special requests.
