Carol started with the Career Center July 2018 and works with both traditional and non-traditional students in the College of General Studies. Carol earned her B.A. in Graphic Design from American University and her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University, where she worked as a career counselor for 4 years serving undergraduate and graduate students and Alumni. Carol continues to teach Vocational/Career Counseling Theories and Techniques in the M.S. in Counseling Psychology program at Chatham University.

 

Prior to joining the Pitt staff, Carol engaged in several careers including ownership and operation of Color Me Mine, a paint-your-own ceramic studio in the heart of Squirrel Hill for 8 years and as an art director and graphic designer at the Carnegie Museums for 10 years. Carol has also served in various professional volunteer leadership roles at Shady Lane School and Community Day School. She is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

Monday: 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Tuesday: 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-5 p.m.
Wednesday: 2-4 p.m.
Thursday: Noon-3 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
