Check all appropriate areas for compliance with the University of Pittsburgh Alcohol Policy, appropriate Governing Body (IFC, Panhellenic, NPHC) and PA State Law: *
 Carding at the Door (Pitt ID and Drivers' License) Alcohol contained at central location Guest List at entrance Only one entrance to the event Wrist bands for legal alcohol consumers No bottles Non-alcoholic beverages and food will be served

 I understand that I will need to submit a list of attendees by email to Dr. Matthew Richardson at MRR54@pitt.edu by Noon the Thursday before the event to complete this event registration.
